How to delete undeletable files in windows?

Some hiles does not delete directly, because that file's process is used by another program.

So to delete that files you need a software unlocker.

Download the software from below link.

1-Install the file.
2-Now go to the file which is not delete.
3-Right click on that file then select unlock.
4-You will find a buttom at the left side lower corner.(no action)
5-Change it to delete.
6-Then press kill process at the lower of the page.
7-Then press unlock all.
8-Thats all.
9-But some times it asks to delete after reboot.
